Babyback Ribs: Thaw. Remove from bag. In a preheated oven, Bake Covered @ 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Uncover, Bake for additional 10-15 minutes. Sauce while Uncovered (Optional).

Boudin (Pork and Crawfish): Thaw. Remove from bag. Heat thoroughly.

Liquid Injected Chicken: Remove from bag. In a preheated oven, Bake Uncovered, BONE SIDE DOWN, @350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Cornish Hens: Thaw. Remove from bag. In a preheated oven, Cook Covered @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover, Cook for additional 25 minutes.

Crab Cakes: Thaw. Remove from bag. Heat butter or oil and saute for 5 minutes on each side.

Crawfish Bread: Remove from package. In a preheated oven, Bake Uncovered @ 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until hot and golden brown.

Crabmeat Pies/Crawfish Pies: DO NOT THAW. Remove from bag. In a preheated oven, Bake Uncovered @ 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Creamed Spinach, Fettucini, Cornbread Dressing, Green Bean Casserole: DO NOT THAW. Remove from bag. In a preheated oven, Cook Covered @ 400 degrees for 1 hour. OPTIONAL: Uncover, cook for additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Stuffed Bell Pepper: Thaw. Remove from bag. In a preheated oven, Cook Covered @ 325 degrees for 50 minutes.

Stuffed Brisket: Thaw. Remove from bag. In a preheated oven, Bake Covered @ 275 degrees for 1 hour per pound.

Stuffed Chicken Breast and Stuffed Chicken Thighs: Thaw. Remove from bag. In a preheated oven, Cook Covered @ 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Stuffed Jalepenos: Thaw. Remove from bag. In a preheated oven, Bake Uncovered @350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and golden brown.

Stuffed Mushrooms: Thaw. Remove from bag. In a preheated oven, Bake Covered @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover, Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Stuffed Potato: DO NOT THAW. Remove from bag. In a preheated oven, Bake Covered @ 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Stuffed Pork Chop: Thaw. Remove from bag. In a preheated oven, Cook Covered @ 325 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover, cook for an additional 15-20 minutes.

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin: Thaw. Remove from bag. In a preheated oven, Cooked Covered @ 325 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover, cook for an additional 20 minutes.

Stuffed Quail: Thaw. Remove from bag. In a preheated oven, Bake Covered @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover, bake for an additional 20 minutes.

Stuffed Rabbit: Thaw. Remove from bag. In a preheated oven, Bake Covered @ 325 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover, Bake for an additional 30 minutes. (Optional: Cook Rabbit as you would a Pot Roast)

Stuffed Shrimp: Thaw. Remove from bag. In a preheated oven, Cook Uncovered @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and golden brown.

Stuffed Tilapia: Thaw. In a preheated oven, Bake Uncovered @ 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until hot and golden brown.

Stuffed Eye of Round, Sirloin Tip, Pork Loin, Pork Roast: Thaw. Remove from bag. Brown well on all sides on stove top on Medium heat (Approximately 30 minutes.) Cover with water half-way. Cover pot with aluminum foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes (3.5 lb roast. Add 1 hour for every pound over 3.5)

Meat Pies: Thaw. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Whole Duck: Thaw. Bake at 325 degrees for 2-2.5 hours.

Duck Breast Wrapped in Bacon or Stuffed: Thaw. Cook covered at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and cook for 20 minutes.
